Medieval Ulnaby

By Amy - Posted on 01 February 2011

The farm shop and cafe are situated just three miles west of Darlington, on an old medieval village site which once hosted a Time Team visit. There is a permissive route through the buried medieval village where people can stroll and see our rare breeds of traditional cattle. We also have a play area for children and tractor and trailer rides can be arranged for groups. We are currently altering a building into a classroom and function area. The farm shop sells a wide selection of groceries, and all the beef, pork and lamb is from our own farm. In addition to the finest local produce listed below we also sell salad, fruit, cheeses, chicken, game, bread, flour and cooking oil.
