Established in the summer of 2012, our co-operative Community Interest Company puts local surplus fruit and vegetables to good use, and increases access and availability of fruit and vegetables in the community.
We rear organic deer, bison and pigs on our organic family farm to the highest welfare, Quality Assured and organic standards. All our produce is sold on-site in our farm shop, where we also sell cooking oils, condiments and preserves.
Dough Works provide creative and fun bread making workshops to all age groups in the North East.
A traditional Cumbrian working mill using waterpower to grind organic and biodynamic flour using French Burr millstones.
Situated on the banks of the River Till, Heatherslaw Cornmill is the only working watermill in Northumberland still producing stoneground,wholemeal flour using traditional milling methods from wheat grown on the Ford & Etal Estates.
